We are seeing a trend in sites for sale which includes making a clickbank product and website, generating some cashflow and then reselling the site. My problems with this type of site is it can't prove sustainable levels of profit. If it could the reseller would either be asking more to give over ownership or wouldn't sell it because it's providing steady residual income. It also shows me that a website seller does not have confidence in their product and is just trying to make a quick buck. Is this product worthy of your purchase? It's possible. We are soon to dive into the Clickbank marketplace to test how marketable these products really are. Because if they are we may pick up a few of these type of products ourself.
